Smile Re: Final Fantasy III Mognet codes

Yeah, Thanks, Cherry. You've helped a lot of folk by starting this.

Just so people know, as far as I can tell, it looks as if:
Once you and another person you've made contact with (probably through this thread) to exchange codes with;
Have installed each other's codes on your roster; and
Have connected to Mognet (so that it can *see* who's on your roster);
You can start sending messages with complete abandon, without needing to be online at the same time or anything. It's just that initial verification that you're both "friends" that the system needs.

Anyone had a different experience? It seems to be working for me, I'm getting mogmail from denizens of FF3, referring to broken necklaces, and the uber-smith lady, etc, (which I had heard I would only get if the WiFi mogmail thing had worked). But, if anyone has a complete, succinct (not my strong point!) guide to exactly what needs to be done for all the folk who log into this thread looking for help, please post it, so that it's really easy for all.

I hope that this helps someone. Later!

P.S. - New peeps here: you'll be best served by swapping friend codes with the most recent post-ers; the rest of us have "done the deed", and don't need more friend codes! But, some of us might be helpful. I promise nothing!!
