Aquiring Tokens

I am not sure about most people, but maybe we should at least know what we are looking for in terms of getting tokens. Maybe, if it is not too much trouble, tell us on how to aquire tokens. Example: AAA a song, full combo, a certain percentage, or whatever. It does not have to be specific, just to let us know what we have to do. In more details, let us know what kind of action it takes to get a token. If this would be a giver to tokens, then nevermind the situation.
