Yeah Party hats are uber rare. Dropped in 01 correct? They were followed by santa hats the next year, but Party hats were the most inventive and cool. Of course the Dupe Dilemma was amazing.

but yah ur rite, santa hats the next year. anyone remember the Bone Scythe?
