Genetic Engineering, Uber Humans...or Doomsday?

Hmmm..Well this is quite the juicy topic, Genetic Engineering holds the secrets to eliminating disease and such. We could even make a race of super humans (note how i said super human NOT SUPER HERO) This woulod basically mean that an egg could be fertilized witht he genes of an olympic athlete. But higher levels in genetic engineering could also lead to higher levels in chemical warfare potency...Also how would these true "test tube" babies feel with no parents???? Would our own creations turn against us?? This is a juicy topic, have fun!
