Children of Bodom, absolutely. Dragonforce might be politically correct, but Children of Bodom's instrumentation is amazing. Who here owns "Follow the Reaper" besides me?
On the topic of Opeth, I actually had "Deliverance" on about an hour ago. They're easily in my top five favourites.
