Op your file is so fun I love it could play a zillion times and probably will xD Am I A Psycho is also really fun, kind of tough but it reminds me of my brother repeatedly playing this song everyday. Will probably try and improve the next couple days =]

I kind of have a bit of a concern regarding Foxfire:

Last night when I checked the spread sheet, his score was 68900, then he posted before the round was over a 68995. That's only a 95 point increase. I was in 2nd he was in 3rd before that score:

How is he over 100 points ahead of me now? It doesn't make sense lol a 95 point increase would ONLY put him exactly 95 above me IF we were dead even tied which we weren't >.>

EDIT: Also, I've been meaning to say this, I don't know what it is, but lately I've been kinda of just sick of seeing the same style of play in tournaments. For the higher end divisions (mainly D6) it's been nothing but bursty technical files. I get it that they are hard, but come on, a little diversity should be commended into testing out EVERY style of skill to best an opponent. This whole tournament for the most part has been who ever is better at burst files will win it :/ ... The tournament was a blast don't get me wrong, but I'm tired of having to legit cheat shit to get a good score instead of testing my actual skills. Keep that in mind for upcoming tournaments.

EDIT2: OMFG SCINTILL REALLY? ... There has NEVER in my LIFE been a Jumpstream chart I've ever disliked because I LOVE JS ... but there's a first for everything ... jesus ****.

Hate the songs, not the tourney. Just keep in mind that everyone is stuck playing them so it shouldn't really matter in the end.

Kk, next time... we'll make files with jacks, fast trills and jumpgluts so people stop complaining about every file just having bursts.

at bolded part: he was actually in second - he was ordered in the spreadsheet below you but he had a higher score than you by 90 points, which made the scores look very similar to one another

at everything else: don't really care at this point, just let it all out

yeah DDRkid you win I can't even get sub 70 goods ... told you...

And idc what the BPM of put a curse on you is, lol I sat through playing any bpm style of jumpstream for the last 4 years it doesn't matter. The chart is just bleh to me.

And let me re-phrase so people with a simple mind can understand *cough* razor.

Putting a variation of charts that pertain to different skill types is a good source for a tournament. For instance putting songs that are JS, that are technical like DIST, songs like Weapons of war, etc. etc. HELL even like ****in blooddrunk. It will target EVERY single aspect of a skill type in all and not just focus MAINLY on ONE certain skill.

If you still are confused I'm sorry, but that's all on you. I never said to just step ONE style of skill.

EDIT: @AJ okay ... even though I saw him with a lower score then me last night it's fine.

I'm not going to just "let it all out" I said this earlier on in the tournament as well. God forbid people have an opinion for future tournaments. It was just a suggestion.

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #8

an all encompassing file typically won't be as hard as files that are driven towards one particular skill

you can't have an extremely hard file that tests things at an extreme level without being dumpy -- the hardest file in D6 tests a ton of speed, the second one is bursts, RA is bursts/jacks/speed (EVERYTHING separately really, since the 32nd "bursts" are actually mini-streams with no real linear pattern setup), Put Curse is mostly jumpstream

as I said, i'm not arguing anymore until my face is blue -- I honestly just want this tournament to end so that I don't have to listen to the complaints because people seriously have no idea how much effort it takes to run this tournament on my own

i'd kill to run the official over this - the hardest part is divisional placement and that's not that hard overall -- syncing/uploading 12~18 files is way harder than syncing/uploading 6 files, and manually updating a spreadsheet/listing songs is way harder than having everything automated (since we give people the option to not have to play on the site), and tbh, I'd probably be a lot less susceptible to the complaints if it wasn't for how much time/prep I have to do prior to the start of every round; not to mention I actually try to make sure everything is synced/ready to go because I at least care about making the simfile as playable as possible

i'm not upset about people's opinions, I'm just tired of the negativity and I'm entirely burnt out from running this; sorry for sounding frustrated

I understand how you feel, believe me. I've been at your house over problems in tournaments before. I completely understand it and yes I also get that a file won't be as hard just focusing on ONE style of skill. What I meant is more variation within a file instead of just ONE style. I'm sorry for my confusing wording as well.

@Razor- God it's good to be back on FFR posting and having little tid bit fights with the likes of you. It almost saddens me that it's with you and not plan this time I missed these days so much.

Also @ddrkid, congratulations on winning D6b lol seriously though. I'm quite surprised and waiting to see how OPkiller and YMIA score on this final round because you might "beat" or come damn "close" to them with those scores. GJ dude.
