I just looked back in the Hx and saw the ruling about that. so does that mean that when the r^2 engine becomes public, i can resubmit and get the token then?

If the reward is an SM simfile, do we need to send it to Justin to be on that community engine for everyone to play or can we just individually hand it out to those who we see have the requirements (Via PM)
