Out of the variety of people I've met on the internet, none of them are crazy. Nor 'psychotic.' They're all pretty nice people. You'll always have your genuine assholes, but they're easily picked out of the bunch.

It doesn't matter how they are irl. I have two completely different personalities on the internet and irl. As long as what I see on the internet stays as is on the internet, what the people truly are really don't matter. I've done so-called "roleing" before. It's popular to role a human that you really aren't on the internet. I know a lot of people that do.

It's better to role an inexistent figure on the internet than to stick with who you are irl, if you can improve who you are by roleing. It can only help yourself and the internet community. No one would like me at all if I stuck with my original personality.

I would rather share who I am than to hide it. Why would you pretend to be someone else? So that they aren't freaked out when they try to talk to you or befriend you? Even if they end up likeing who you are with a so called "roleing" personality they aren't really a friend are they...

EDIT: I get what you're trying to say, but isn't it better to just let up on it than to just role someone totally else? I'm a heavily sarcastic person but the internet isn't a place for sarcasm. I don't change my personality, I just don't be sarcastic as much as I would normally be.

Dude, I'm pro at laughing things off, and I feel NO value in human life. Not going to say look at the 'silver lining' because that's just bull****. If your life sucks that bad just do what everyone else does and be a complete asshole to people, seems to work for my friend.
