Seriously? I thought it was an excellent adaptation. You should try watching the animated version made in the 70s...Now that's some good stuff.

Ha, the 70s version was half-good and half-bad.

Half of the drawings and animation were very well done and smooth and incredible, but the other half was crappy and choppy.

But DAMN, it had some uber special effects.
