lmao thats a lot to say for someone who criticized my dwi before even dling it. moogy's files in terms of syning are horendous and he uses jumps and jackhammers where they dont belong and his timing is incredibly off. but other than that, yeah hes the best dwi maker ive ever seen in my life.

Moogy... your stepfiles are offbeat. It doesn't take a genious to figure that one out.
Like, it does get back onbeat but your stepfiles do need work (especially Winter). FA3 was good, though, and so were your steps for One Or Eight.
Nothing major, just keep practicing stepfile making. Practice makes perfect.

Most of his stepfiles seem onsync to me.. only one that isn't for me is PAL.

Moogy is a very onbeat person. I think the sync for his computer is different though...

Yes I did I just didn't feel like quoting the whole thing.

I don't make simfiles because:
-I spread my time between enough things already
-I suck at finding bpm (I don't have anything fancier than winbpm)
-I don't have many good songs to dwi (I don't download tons of beatmania and pop'n'music songs like some people )
-I simply don't have a lot of interest in making dwi's.

What does making simfiles have to do with judging syncing? Whether or not I can take a song and find it's bpm and gap has nothing to do with my ability to tell you if the arrows happen at the same time as the sounds in the song or not

If a song is onsync the gap and BPM are correct. A 4th arrow goes with the beat of the song.

If a song is onbeat the arrows make sense with the song. A bunch of 16th note snares would be met with 16th note arrows in an onbeat song, rather then random doubles. Very few songs are very onbeat, and even fewer are perfectly onbeat. If a song isn't particularly offbeat, that doesn't mean it's a bad stepfile. Aperson's stepfiles are some of the most onbeat you'll find.

3. ROFL yes i've played your dwi's. theyre all consistently offbeat. this leads me to believe that i might have messed with the gap or bpm(s) by accident. then i find out the syncing was the way u made it all the time, and i laugh.
4. were your ears blown off in the war? 1/3 of the notes in all of your dwi's fall on the wrong beats. for instance, there will be 8ths in the song and u make the notes like they're gallops (lol!)
5. you seem to think your authority on these boards, which is bs. you can't tell a good dwi from a bad one, which is why u kiss arch's ass so much. you also criticized my dwi b4 u dl'ed it. good call. its more synced then any on your site.
