Also, are collabs acceptable as well? I.E if I send in one file, and then another file that is a collab with someone else?

oh yeah good question.

If you do a collab that's fine it won't count as your one submission.

If you send multiple charts I can either pick the one I like best or you can also keep all of them if they pass. Up to you even if difficulties are comparable or different.
