I know that no one knows me, but i thought it this might be interesting

nightmare by the way.
It starts in third person, in a big old bathroom. There's a girl and her mother hiding behind this barrier, and this female black shape (dementor-like only faster and stronger) is trying to get through to kill them. The woman, after holding the barrier for several minutes, has the look of despair in her eyes. She then pushes her daughter out of the way and lets the shade run through the barrier. I look away and hear a scream. Now i'm running for my life so the shade won't freakin snuff me. the girl and i run out of the bathroom and into the kitchen. Their younger sister is standing and looking at us. She then turns completely white and looks like that girl from the ring (with more innocence than rage.) She drops to her knees with a vacant look in her eyes. The older daughter screams and runs outside. On the driveway is a book. without looking inside i remember that it is the journal of a man tormented by spirits and corruption till he finally kills himself, taking a polariod picture before he died and put it in the book (blood everywhere with a toothless smile and screws in his head.)

Then i wake up, with the expression OMG WTF HAPPENED. oh...oh..just a....dream....ok and fall asleep half an hour later.

Ok. Seriously, I have weird ones.

Once, I was in the Harry Potter world doing crap. Fun part is, I've never read a HP book or seen a HP movie, and I absolutely hate them to boot. I know close to nothing about them and have never even thought about what it would be like to be in it. Anyway... it was like a race thing. And I won. Go fig.

I've had several recurring dreams of various ways in which I die. One had a tidal wave come into the harbor of some place we were shopping. One had me being rolled in a rug and cut into a bunch of pieces. I've had a giant pink slug monster eat me in a drained pool area. I've been on a space station that turned into a blue octopus and was destroyed (Christmas Eve fun!).

Keep in mind, these are recurring.

I once had a dream that I was in my living room, and my dad was reading the newspaper. He made this one grunt noise, and everything paused for a half of a second. I was jerked into the air by a nothing (lol) and flown to my room where everything was dark. I drifted to the other side of my bed and there was this neon green light with dancing lunchboxes.

When I was 7 I had one of those wake up dreams. I absolutly hate them.
I had woken up in my dream and I was calling for my mother. Nobody had answered at all so I went downstairs and all I saw were these two darkened figures sitting there that looked like dummies.
I ran upstairs and when I opened my mothers room it had transformed into a huge hall that looked strangly like my playschool I went to. I looked to my right and saw my brother chained to the wall being whipped by aliens. I turned to my left and saw my mother's head in a clear plastic tank which was filling up with petrol and she was screaming for help.
An Alien approced me and then evreything went dark for a few seconds. I woke up in one of the tanks next to my mother. As it filled up with petrol I slowly drowned in it screaming.
It was scary at the time but now I laugh at it.

I'm not very well known around here but this was bugging me... Lucid Dreaming is where you are fully aware that you are dreaming while your dreaming it. I'm not really sure if you can control your dream while lucid dreaming, considering I've never had a lucid dream. Someone should look that up.

Anyways, back on topic. I don't really remember any of my dreams, but my girlfriend, Carrly, just had one last night about my ex-girlfriend, Jessica (who I broke up with a while ago for certain reasons), telling her about how I'm only going out with her so I can get back with Jessica. She told me about this dream this morning like she was accusing me of something. This is wierd to me because... I don't know... girls and there subconsious minds are just messed up in the head sometimes I guess.

When I was aroung 6 or 7 i had this reacurring dream where if I walked along the side of my
house a certain way, it took me to this room filled to the roof with NES cartridges, and i just
played them over and over. But sometimes there was a girl in the room, but then I don't
remember what happened.
A lucid dream is like "breaking the fourth wall". I yhink that's the best way to describe it.

Awhile(between a week and 2 months, I don't remember) ago I had this dream, where I was
destined to die by this car crash/ explosion thing, so I was out infront of my old skool, with
the girl I used to like and one of my best friends and we were all chillin' until this car starts
backing out of the driveway across the street and this other car just turned the corner and
was moving pretty fast. And, everyone didn't want my friends and me to die so they were
all yelling and stuff, then both the cars stopped at the same time and barely nicked each
other. So everyone was all "Whew" but then this other car comes driving down the street
really really fast, so i duck and hide behind a corner. Then there's this HUGE explosion and
a hubcap rolls past me. And my whole freaking body goes numb just then. But then I start
thinking why didn't I warn them? I woke up then with a few tears in my eyes.

The wierdest dream I have ever had was being shot multiple times by bank robbers with hand guns or shotguns and still being alive. Even though they shot my head and my legs off. (((THEM CRAZY BASTARDS!!!)))

One time I dreamt aliens were trying to invade my house, and I'd go and break alien necks and crap but they'd always end up catching me and putting me in a tank filled with some kind of liquid that I could breath. And somehow I had a device that I could hit reset and try it again and again, and it would always end up with me in the liquid tank... I've had crazier dreams, this is just one that comes to my mind real quick.

i had a dream where i was stuck in a fortress with my friends. i knock over some spears and poof. Some walking pigs grab us and take us to this green room. They ask us "scrambled eggs or videos." no i am not on or never have been on any substance of any sort

This is kinda odd that I spot this thread today, considering I had the weirdest dream of my life LAST NIGHT. It was really one of those crappy ones because you feel awake, so when you start to get scared you can't wake yourself up, you think you already are.

This is the dream:

Trey and I are in bed, and I was really upset about something...so we stopped talking and he fell asleep (don't know what happens here...) suddenly I close my eyes for a brief moment, open them, and there's another person in bed with me on the other side of me. I try to talk to them but they're not responding...so I attempt to wake Trey up, I tell him there's someone else in the bed. Trey's telling me to shut up and go back to sleep there's no one there so I think I should check again...maybe he's right...I turn around, and stick my hand out and feel a face...I reach back and grab their hair and pull their head up and by now my hearts beating too fast and I can't scream...I try to wake up beause by now I've began to think that this is a dream...but then I think I already am awake... shit. Now I can't wake up...

Finally I force myself awake...I was freaking out though. They say dreams are compiled random thoughts that have potentially annoyed us throughout the day...but I don't know. Some of that shit doesn't make any sense.

My friend told me his dream once. Something along the lines of Pinocchio (sp?) cutting off his limbs with a chainsaw. And impaling him. And he didn't die. And it kept going around. He said when he woke up there was like a pencil in his back, thus the impaling. My own dreams I can't remember real well.

Well Snapps I kind of had a dream about you. It was about almost all of you that were going to the FFR meetup but mainly snapps and LD. It happened a few days ago.
We were all at the Westland AFC playing DDR and stuff. I remember I was sitting there watching 2 people play DDR. It was snapps and LD. LD was winning so then snapps just like screamed and turned into some weird monster type thingy. He was like blue and green, had red eyes. he had spikes and crap. The he stomped on the ground and made a big hole. Then he just turned back to normal and started to play DDR again but he didn't know why everyone was stairing at him. So then everyone just screamed and ran away. I stayed there though. I don't know why I did. It was really odd because then I went up to snapps and told him everything that happened and next thing I knew snapps was kissing me. Then I woke up thinkin "Wow that was messed up!"

I don't know how in the world I could of drempt that.

Then I also remember having a dream when I was about 10. It was more weird than all of yours. My dream went a little like this:
I woke up in my dream and I was getting ready for school. I got dressed and stuff. Then I went into the bathroom to brush my teeth and all that stuff. I went to get my toothbrush and it was missing. So I was all upset and everything. It so happens that my toothbrush ran away. So in my dream I even made lost toothbrush signs! There was something like $100 reward to whoever found it.
That was really weird.

The dream i had when i was 6...
I dreamed about how people die and why people die.
I don't know how, because i was 6.. but.. i kind of understood everything!
I dreamed of last generation, and century... I was this blonde lady, with mixed purple and green eye, singing a goodbye song to her children, before going to work.
When she went to work.. i think she started discussing about the devil vs. God.
She/me was way more interested in the devil, so she started picking up idea, and details, so she would get to the right track, and see if the devil is real. I even wrote a poem about it in 7th grade..

*EDIT* My dream was about a GIANT snickers bar.

I was at my school walking around and I saw the vending machine with a GIANT snickers bar in it...I didn't know how much it was. I went around my school asking how much it was and then my friend tells me that it is 1.50 so I go back to the vending machine and buy it. It falls of the rack thing, I reach my hand inside and then my dream ended.

I think that was the only dream I had that actually had one setting and I actually did something without getting sidetracked.
