I'm glad you made me think about it. I was finally able to find this guy after some time: Rick Merrill, comedy/proximity act, FISM 2006 winner.
I swear this is one awesome performance, it's a shame there's french dubs over the video, but this is the only one I found from the original act:

Well, here's the lyrics! (Note: The one about soup, being from Touhou, is completely instrumental.)
