Well didn't Preggers said that it was because he played on a different keyboard at school that gave him such good FGO scores? iirc, his scores are restricted by the keyboard he uses if this is true.

But placements should be based on a player's ability, not current restrictions. If my keyboard broke, and I had to adjust to a new keyboard, I'm not going to ask for D3 or D2. Also, who's to say he won't get a good keyboard during the course of the tourney?
