Please vote above, and if you do choose to vote, tell me what you picked, and why you think this is the hardest pattern. It would also be helpful if you told us if you thought there was a tie, or even a 2nd hardest in your opinion.
I forgot staircases, so if you think that's the hardest just count it as a ROLLS/WALL vote. Last edited by Emithith; 11-23-2011 at 01:48 PM.. |

Handstream for me, because hands are both hard to pull off rapidly without making a knot in your finger and they're also harder to read because they all end up in a clutter.

that pattern at a high enough bpm depending on the skill of the player and both their reading ability and their speed coupled with endurance and stamina is arguably the hardest pattern but this is all dependent on the skills of each individual player also one handed trills OMGADDDDDDDD

ohshit, I knew I was forgetting something. Staircases. D:
anyway I chose Polyrythym Rolls and Runningmen because you have to almost have 2 brains to pull off the Polyrythyms unless you just no-brain it and hit it without acknowledging the pattern. Runningmen is difficult because it's essentially a Jack on one hand and a slow stream on the other. I have a hard time PAing both. Last edited by Emithith; 11-23-2011 at 01:50 PM.. |

For me, it's probably a keyboard issue or something, but I can't seem to register fast rolls that are jumptrillable all that well. So while in theory it's simple to execute, I can never seem to perform consistently on them. Goods are easy to slip by, and misses are common too.
Perfect example to show this is Skeletor. is it the keyboard? or maybe it's just me |

Probably polyrhythms, yet the more awkward the pattern the better I am at it.

<190bpm - anything that involves polyrhythms
>190bpm - long jacks, with polyrhythmic bs coming in second |
