Yeah, my body fat percentage is just a rough estimate. I hope I was using a reliable source to determine it xD.

Updated and included more stats just because.

Upper Quartile (25% of FFR members are taller than you) - 6' 0.5''
Median Height - 5' 10''
Lower Quartile (75% of FFR members are taller than you) - 5' 7''

A person of your height should weigh between 148 and 187 pounds to maintain a normal BMI.
i would not look healthy at 148 pounds.

Oh yeah, even though I'm only 5 ft and 125 lbs, I'm not fat at all. I haven't grown since I joined this site, but I was also 80 lbs and 5 ft tall when I joined. I didn't get fatter, I joined JROTC for 3 years and had probably participated in a bit more physical work than some of these underweight people. I'm pretty sure you need to do physical work as well to gain proper weight. Not that I would know anything because I'm not a body builder of any sort and I'm quite lazy myself, but I'm obviously not fat.
