We decided to do like in the Official Tournament. There will be no tie breaker for the moment. If there are people with 2's under the line and above they will not be eliminated. However they quantity of eliminations that could proceed for the next round increases.
Example: 2 where suppose to get eliminated this round then the next one the quantity increases to 4. That is the 2 from the past round and 2 from now.

If you or others played in the Official, you should know what I'm saying. This saves you from the tie at the moment but you know you will have to work harder for next round.

Death Dice is complete BS - I've had good runs go completely wasted because the game decides that it doesn't want to drop a single pill.

EDIT: yeah, just lost a 9k run because of that
