I think it's marketing for some Japanese Horror/Sci-Fi type movie.

EDIT: Definitely a ARG connected to a Japanese Sci-Fi movie. Makes sense after seeing this: http://junsui.shineisei.jp/. This "viral game/marketing" has been around since June. Since it's still going on and by reading around, it's still in a beginning phase. To my knowledge (may very well be wrong) the girl has some genetic advantages over regular humans. The "good guys" call her "Little Bird", and "the bad guys" (known as The Enemy) have captured her. For the ARG part, somehow people sign up to be part of the "good guys"s army. Once more people sign up, the "good guys" will apparently attack The Enemy in hopes of getting "Little Bird" or "Little Sister" back for whatever reason they need her for.

Guessing by the Facebook, my guess is that the "good guys" are The Junsui. Maybe that's what the movie will be called, assuming that it is in fact viral movie marketing.

EDIT 2: The Enemy is also known as The Khozains. Taking a guess from different things I've seen, maybe it takes place in Russia or somewhere near?

EDIT 3 (I might be doing this more, who knows): Apparently, there was a thread on 4chan's /x/ dealing with this phenomenon. Sadly, the thread 404'd, so I can't find out more information that I havn't figured out already.

EDIT 5: The site the OP posted DOES loop. I just saw the same thing twice now within an hour's timeframe. The time/date stay correct to what they should be, but the video itself seems to be on a continuous loop for the time being.

i'm sick of dealing with this type of crap. I was trying find a legit place online to get movie ringtones but i hate all the sites. I've been calling this hotline now 1-877-MOVIE-15. The best by far, but anyone tried something else?

K, so I'm thinking this is an ARG for sure now.

In the alternate search bar, type The Enemy, and it will redirect you to the Alfa Tsentr website. After a bit of searching on their website, I found that their login the second time, is run in flash player, so it is most definately part of this ARG. <-- If someone could help me past this, I'd appreciate it.

Two more things I have noticed through this.
http://www.showpages.net/ATFeed.html <- The same Feed from the search bar after typing afla tsentr.
People in the Facebook website have been saying it's a feed from a T Terminal.....LOL.

MININGFORLIFE.COM and all it's affiliate ARG websites, are for an ARG for the Nine Inch Nails lead singer, trying to viral market. NOT THIS ARG.

Check out my massive brick post up for what I've found out in about 5 minutes of searching. Might help you, but this is all too much for me and I'm done with it.
