You're not hitting the 32nds fast enough, don't worry.
JUST CONCENTRATE.

Oh and your problem might be you hitting to early on certain arrows, just guessing.

I thought Balloon Fever was borderline FMO, but nice AAA still.

Same thing happened for me. I unlocked it via Sympathizer way back in the day, and Tass didn't remove it for me. I didn't play Oni until I AAAed an FMO though. You'll just have to keep working on the FMOs until you AAA one. Then you'll feel good about your unlock.

Turn off the sound, the 32nds are off-sync.

I had my sound off (I was listening to some Soundgarden on my iPod) and I AAA'ed it in 7 tries. Took a while because I was on Vista.

Yeah I have tons of FMO SDG's, and am pretty much at the borderline to start AAA'ing FMO's. To tell you the truth it only took me about 2 tries...

Nah, it's cool, it doesn't really matter. You get over it being there and just strive for the true FMO AAA. Plus, I think he is lazy, but I think he also realizes that it doesn't matter too much. Anyway, good luck in your true unlock, but this is still a nice AAA. Somebody told me I have more plays on Balloon Fever than anything else, so it was a hard AAA for me.

I'd like it to be Hajnal personally, though I have 1-0-0-1 on Lawn wake 1.
I don't really like that song to much though... hmmmmm
