Second, Anon (in general) has nothing against the beliefs of the Church itself. It has problems against the usage of it's influential power and status. The Church is reckoned as a religion and is exempted from taxing. The problem with this is that Scientology is much more of a buisness than a religion. It forces it's members to follow classes which are increasingly expansive as the classes become more and more advanced. It sucks money out of people that have lost faith in life. This is much different than any other religion (most of the Xenu bull**** isn't mentionned at first, but only in the latter courses). The sect/cult/religion of Scientology has also been charged for murders (charges were dropped, though, due to an out-of-court agreement). Lise McPherson, for example, was a mentaly ill girl who had been in scientology for a long time. She died of dehydratation after spending 17 days in a hotel owned by Scientology (Romm 174). She was 36. As I've said before, the beliefs of Scientologists are not a matter here. Only concrete actions.
