Help with account

I had ot reset my password because I couldn't get it to work and now I want to change it from the password they changed it to but do not know how. Can anyone tell me where and how I can do that?

In your user control panel. Its at the top when you open the forum jump. There, you can change your password, edit your email, edit avatar, and do more. Heres the link. http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/vbz/usercp.php
