Skill Token #12 - Destiny v2

Just got it. Trick was knowing the rhythm of the arrows during the 16th run. Went from 15 Goods to 0 in about 5 to 6 tries.

Now I just have Gaussian Blur token left (need so many credits >_<).

Hmm, Destiny v2 is actually kinda worth it. It's a well made simfile and kinda close to what I would have done with it, except for a few parts.

Avereulus, you don't have to follow this "trick" exactly. You can hit some of the notes you're supposed to miss, then miss the same number of notes you're supposed to hit, and still be ok. To me, it's easier to only use up and down the whole time, rather than doing this trick, then you will have more notes than you need, so you can miss several of those that give you trouble on up and down, as long as you count them correctly, and know how many you're supposed to miss, and don't fail.

Destiny V2 seems weird to me. The steps are fine, and they're on sync...it just doesn't feel right to me..idk. It's still a fun file though.

What you're feeling is what I think hi19hi19 files are known for (At least, to me anyways). He picks the boring route on sections that could have been done a lot better, which leaves the player confused or hungry more than anything.

Some parts are like almost exactly like how I would have done them (The 8th note alternating jumpstream while avoiding mini-jacks in certain areas is good, and incorporating same note jumps where they belong is also good.)

But some of that crossover stuff is where I would have changed some things. As the song progresses and kicks into energy, all you did was repeat the same pattern over without any real build up. Also near the beginning-middle where there's the 8th note stream- I would have changed that a bit too to make it fit the music better.

Still okay though, I can't complain.

Uh oh, tass, it works even if you get a boo! Maybe even more than one boo, but I saw the score Tayfun said those numbers were in his last 10 games played, so that needs to be fixed.

I agree. V2 does feel awkward to play. But that's actually why I liked it so much.
