Serious Thread About an Accident

Ok, I'm writing this thread because frankly I feel like I need to have an outlet for it... My sister was in a very serious boating accident yesterday. She was riding on a boat when another boat going well above the speed limit "lost control" and ran into the front of the boat where my sister was, pinning her head between the window of the boat she was on, and bottom of the boat that ran into them. She was the only one that sustained injuries and she was beat up pretty badly. But, the doctor says that there's a good chance she'll make a full recovery. I would post a pic of her, but I fear that some stupid comment would come from it. All I'm asking is that maybe some of you keep her in your thoughts or prayers. This has really shook up our family and we're trying to figure out the best course of legal action to take also. Thank you for your time in reading this.

Wow, I feel bad for your sister. She's really pretty. =(

I hope she recovers and everything, and that the person who was driving the other boat gets punished somehow. Also, I doubt that the boat "lost control" if they were going over the speed limit. You can't go over the speed limit and say it was an "accident".

Yeah, she's not very pretty now. The doctor says it will be about two months before she starts looking like herself again.

oh man, thats horrible
idk how the other boat lost control...or even if it was an accident, you cant go over the speed limit accidentally...unless there is something wrong with the boat
ill tell my family about this and hopefully they will all pray for her as i am

Well, accident or not, the person driving the boat who caused the accident is 100% liable. You should try to get as much out of it as possible.

Well be happy that she's alive, i kinda know what its like, i'm not going to tell you of course because that would take your parade away, but its hard but you can at least talk with her, eh?
