That's really the 13th token, but you can't get it anyways. It was a prize for coming in the top 8 in each division of the offical tourney.

I heard Token 18 is really really screwed up (as in super impossible hard to FC, or even pass). I heard from Coolrun that Shash couldn't pass it either cause of the jump-jacks lmao

for all intents and purposes, if you don't already have token 18, you can't get it.
You might be able to get it sometime in the fairly distant future, but that's it.
