i think for the members.... it's going to be a fun day to hang out, enjoy the convention... and also get to pow-wow with the admins. maybe play some FFR, get a unique token... something like that.

Hmm, if you want to go for big advertising you should try going to Otakon in Baltimore, Maryland. It's one of the largest annual anime conventions on the east coast. You could also try DragonCon in Atlanta, Georgia. It's also a huge convention, but it not only features more categories like halo, star trek, star wars, and a ton of anime....Unfortunately that is the day of the senior prom...as much as I love ffr I'm not giving that up.

Yes, everything is still cool for April 14. We've finally received confirmation from the committee and everyone will be able to find us in room 106 in Olscamp Hall on the Bowling Green State University campus. I don't know how early they will be letting everyone in, but I plan to be there and preparing for the day at roughly 9 a.m. (it should be a reminder to all those traveling that Ohio is in Eastern Standard Time). It would be sweet for anyone with an FFR T-shirt to wear it to the event, and, of course, we should have some great FFR merchandise on hand to sell as well. There will also be some great surprises in store, so please give us a visit and don't miss our first public appearance!

Yeah, definitely. I'll be out of town on business Friday morning, but that's to get it out of the way so I can be open through the afternoon and evening to be social with the members heading out here the day before.

Nothing wrong with that at all. There should be some decent gaming culture there as well, so if you dig video games, you'll find something to do there. Plus, I want to see if Wizzy Wig's is going to bring the new Animal Crossing items based on the movie so I can check them out. They tend to carry a lot of the Nintendo-themed toys and collectables as well.

heh i can go,even though i live in sacromento CA(many ppl on ffr play in cal btw)and,i have been playing ffr since it came out,like when i was 6 or 7 :3 ah...good times(good times),but...i'll problably won't give out my "darkly" user name though so

Since I live in North east Indiana (VERY close to Ohio) I might be able to talk my mom into letting me and my Boyfriend (also A FFR member) and maybe a few friends into coming to this convention. Hell I'd rather go to this instead of getting a puppy and I've been bugging her about getting me a puppy for almost two years =P so I might see you guys there and I might not. It's still up in the air but I'm gonna ask tonight! wish me luck kids =P

Just wondering, but for those who are going should take this opportunity to get friends and relatives to know this game. I would go personally but going there from Richmond Hill, Ont. seems crazy....

if i get permission I, Dance, and Euro might come.(we all live in the same neighborhood, i already talked to dance and he said it would be gay cause the animarathon, but ill try O.o
