bprc helped develop the original FFR engine and did lots of work on R2.
and yes, he is an aussie. He mostly does stuff on flashmxfiles now i belive

 I'm suprised even one person knows who I am! Oh, and I don't not like Arch, don't even really know him. I only ever heard about him in the old days... did anyone like him back then?
