I doubt that's true. Normal people don't impersonate other accounts, and I'm amazed at the speed with which you leaped to that assumption. Synthlight posted what he did because people were a little rude to the topic starter, with a series of abrupt "no"s followed by completely ignoring the question for most of the first page.

I see this all the time: people theorize that the administrator of a forum is disguising themselves as this or that user. In fact, it rarely happens.

Isn't it a bit odd that both tim333 and qweewq have their join date the same thing as their first (and only) post date?

I wish I could say I was surprised that someone accused me of being Synthlight. Unfortunately, I'm not. I can only hope that that was sarcasm.
