For those of you with wrist problems, what wrist stretches/ finger stretches do you guys use before playing?

Re: Wrist Stretches?
i bend my wrist forward and back until i feel the stretch for about 30 seconds, and I also do bend back my fingers until i feel the stretch for the same time. then i do individual finger stretches

Re: Wrist Stretches?
Wrist side to side, and circles, just to loosen it up. Only "true" wrist stretch is fingers together and extended fully upwards, and palm out, and apply gentle pressure to the ends of your fingers to stretch the wrist, repeat downwards. For fingers, curls and extensions, and then popping joints to ensure they don't seize up is sufficient.
Most won't need to do this, but I also fully curl and extend my elbow with my wrist twisted as far as I can comfortably, once in each direction of twist. I have terribly weak arm structure and lifting can really strain it, so this just helps prevent injury should I have to really put my arm into a fast section.

Re: Wrist Stretches?
never stretched before playing arrows but I used these prior to playing anything really technical on guitar/piano, I'd assume the benefits are most definitely transferable for rhythm games
