College/University??
Hey guys.
Are any of you attending college/university? If so, for what? I'm in first year (out of 3 or 5) of Computer Systems Technology. My school (Durham College) is the 2nd best school in the world for this course. (As rated by the cisco netriders competition.) Gotta say, having a 97% is ace. You know, they teach us some great stuff. Exploitation(DDOS, Man In Middle Attacks, Packet Sniffing, etc), security, servers, networks, OSI model, TCP/IP model, how to VLSM subnet, programming, hardware, and CIDR etc. Aww yee. Its easy stuff. |

Re: College/University??
University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), ranked number 1 for up and coming colleges/universities in the USA.
Going there for Information Systems Management. I am almost done, only a couple semesters left. I am interning at New Day Financial (Fortune 500) at the moment and hopefully can get a nice job with the connections I am making! YEAH

Re: College/University??
Yo Ninjafury do you know a certain Muhed Rana or Kelvin Tran at UMBC? Probably not since they're freshies but they're some of my high school bros
I'm stationed over at Carnegie Mellon University with leonid, though I'm planning to major in Materials Science & Engineering. Might possibly go double-major in BME, and probably minor in Audio Engineering cause I can B)

Re: College/University??
Actually I don't. They sound like cool people though since they know someone on FFR haha. The only person I know at Carnegie Mellon is Kyle Andrews, he went to my high school. He was a grade below me though. I think he runs cross country there.

Re: College/University??
I am currently a sophomore here at SUNY Geneseo (SUNY's Honors College) majoring in mathematics and minoring in economics.
My plans after undergrad is to obtain a Ph.D. in either mathematics, statistics, or economics. Not sure where yet, but as of now, Duke is a major consideration. |

Lol my old volleyball coach played at Durham college. And for me: First year undergrad in Honours Mathematics at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. Apparently it's a very hard school to get into, and a really good school. I feel dumb. D= It's a very asian school. It's kinda funny. It's gotta be the Faculty of Math we have here :P I get to pick my major next year, but I have no idea what kind of math I want to do. I was thinking possibly Pure Math. Dunno. Whatever, I have a little bit of time to think... D= |
