Hey, i'm fairly new to FFR (but not DDR) joined yesterday, i've been doing )))) songs lately so i decided to try some ))))) songs. Anybody else noticed how simple Shag is for a )))))? seemed like an easy )))) song to me. (i got 19450 points)
Yeah, just looked at my score for Shag again, it was a 279,070. This was really a dumb topic to bring up so its time for it to die. |

Don't bash on the ratings, it's been pretty determined due to pretty much ignorance that ratings in this game besides for the hardest songs are useless.

yeah thats true, it really is irrelevant what the rating is for easier songs. For the point value by the way, im not exactly sure how it works, but it was the number i got from the bottom of the screen while you are playing.

Lupin this is from FFRFAQ
· How Does the Scoring Work in FFR? Ok, this is how it breaks down. During gameplay: Perfect = 50 Good = 25 Average = 5 Miss = -10 Then at the end of the score it counts how many of each you had and works it like this: Perfect * 500 Good * 250 Average * 50 Combo * 1000 Then subtract this: Miss * 300 and then add the in game score to this total to get your final score. Obviously combos are a big deal.

I'm new to FFR, and have read the FAQ (including that question).
However, the numbers don't seem to add up with that system. Doing a little number crunching, I came up with this: In-game ---------- Perfect = 50 Good = 25 Average = 5 Miss = -10 Boo = -5 After game ------------- Perfect = 500 Good = 250 Average = 50 Miss = -300 Boo = -15 Max Combo = 1000 Your score is the sum of the two totals. Alternatively, you can add directly from the 6 numbers you are given at the end of the song: (Perfect x 550) + (Good x 275) + (Average x 55) - (Miss x 310) - (Boo x 20) + (MaxCombo x 1000) If I have made an error, please let me know. Otherwise, feel free to use, copy, paste, etc. to my results, they have been working for me. Hope this helps! ~Nethri |

wow...holy hell, i was gonna quote teh whole math thing but i figured ppl would get pissed...anyway, this is completely off topic, but doesn't shaq sound alot like the austin powers theme song? at least in the parts with teh piano? I'd write teh lyrics but i can't stand to listen to it hard enough to figure it out...damn rap, its just like real music, only with the profoudnly stupid lyrics.
