The Typing of the Dead: Overkill
The Typing of the Dead: Overkill is currently $10 on steam so I bought it. Anyone else getting it? If not, you should get it so we can do some online co-op zombie killing typing action
I used to play the original at Arcade Infinity all the time, although that one was in Japanese so it was considerably harder haha. I'm looking forward to seeing what's new in this one. Hopefully it's not just a clone of one of the House of the Dead games and actually has something original. Would be cool.

Re: The Typing of the Dead: Overkill
i played it once at AI. I'm not that good at typing so it was too hard for me, especially since it was in japanese. I should just stick to mario teaches typing.

Re: The Typing of the Dead: Overkill
I was just hoping they'd release Typing of the Dead on PC sometime soon, but this was a plesant surprise. Didn't even know they remade Overkill like that. I wonder if you have to type out all of the profanities...

Re: The Typing of the Dead: Overkill
I don't think there is any profanity. There is a DLC that is supposed to have a lot of innuendo or something but that's it.

Re: The Typing of the Dead: Overkill
As far as I know, you can buy dictionnaries for the game, ranging from "filth of the dead" to "shakespeare of the dead". Looks awesome if you ask me!

Re: The Typing of the Dead: Overkill
Trying so hard to install this game but Steam is being a pile of shit -_- Had the same problem installing Starbound last week (took all night for a 3gb game wtf). Guess it's because of all the sales or something.

Re: The Typing of the Dead: Overkill
Yeah. I've tried a ton of different locations and so far the only good one I got was Chile with around 400kb/s average. Just gonna leave it on all night I guess.

Re: The Typing of the Dead: Overkill
I really wanted to try out The Typing Of The Dead, but I can't buy it on Steam.
Extra info: When I played Mario Teaches Typing, my best WPM score in the castle level is 53, 97% accuracy. |

Re: The Typing of the Dead: Overkill
Holy shit this game is amazing XD I was completely enthralled just from going through the main menu before the gameplay even started. If anyone wants to try some co-op hit me up sometime
