if someone isn't giving up a seat on public transport because it's taken up by something invisible, no they don't have individuality, they have a delusion

I agree that a passenger on the bus should only take up one seat and let other passengers sit on the seats next to that person.

However, whether or not someone who believes in invisible fat is delusional is not related to possessing individuality. When he or she doesn't give up an empty seat due to that belief, this individual is still expressing his or her identity.

Yes, they are expressing that they are delusional enough to cause inconvenience to those around them, however yes, that might be who they are and I probably wouldn't get too mad at them for being mentally disabled.
