Without any further details it's a little harder for anyone to give overly helpful information...

Clear your internet browser cache (internet explorer if you're running a standalone flash player) like James said, if that doesn't work come back and describe in a little more detail what you're running (which flash version you're using if you're on standalone, which engine, which internet browser if you're using a browser to play) so the problem is easier to troubleshoot.
