I enjoyed the "LMAO" one but other than that they're weren't too many good ones.

I was disappointed. Coke's commercial from last year where Jackie Chan stomps the Pepsi can still makes me laugh.

Re: 2009 Super Bowl XLIII Commercials
There were no good comercials because no company wants to pour millions of dollars into a 30 second time slot in an economy where nobody is spending money.
Best one was at the very beginning with mr and mrs potato head.

I loved the Dorito one, and I'd love to see that in real person.

Re: 2009 Super Bowl XLIII Commercials
The remake of the "Mean Joe Green" commercial from the 80s was a real disappointment. The worst part was the end where these guys just say "Da Da Da-Da Da Da" in this monotone, annoying voice. Here's a comparison.
Old: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xffOCZYX6F8 New: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5k7FBj3WLQ Other than that, I think that Budweiser came out on top once again this year. I liked that "Hate Work" one from CareerBuilder too. |

Re: 2009 Super Bowl XLIII Commercials
I'd have to admin that it was the first (and last) time I saw the remake, and I'd have to agree with you. A real disappointment. Ripping off a guy's shirt and throwing it to the kid.
Would've been better if the kid moved out of the way and said, "No. I want your mother****ing jersey!" |
