Add a sentence.
I feel like the ones that ask for a word limit are too limiting to one's creativity and sparks too much post-whoring. I've seen a locked thread asking for something similar, but I feel like this would be much more worthy, and I feel like the same game forum rules should apply I guess. When a story finishes or gets dull, someone new should start the next story's beginning. I don't want to limit the creativity of a person's reply so pretty much anything goes, as long as it can somehow tie into the story that's already being told. Also, past thread is old and failed. I'm aiming to make this one more successful and less idiotic.
I'll start: As I struggled to find the words to start my first essay in my English class, I chewed the eraser of my pencil nervously, pretending to write as the teacher slowly paced down the aisle. I hope for success and that my starter sentence isn't mediocre. |

Re: Add a sentence.
I couldn't think of anything to write, so I closed my eyes and tried to remember things from the past that would help jog my memory a little.

Re: Add a sentence.
The teacher's footsteps echoed loudly as the vivid memory of the home I used to treasure flashed in my mind.

Re: Add a sentence.
Then suddenly, I was awakened from the small lapse of nostalgia by the shrill shriek of Ms. Dawson, a noise so eerie that it rang through my ears long enough to wake the ghost of Davey Jones. "Wake up ~kitty~"!
