FFR gets permission from artists/labels before we put their songs in game. If the artist wasnt cool with it we wouldnt be using their music.

Also I have no idea what that other dude is talking about lol. I play and chart in etterna myself and I definitely don't hate rhythm games. He probably saw some dumb joke I made about Osu and took it too seriously lol...
