I like DDR better cause ima noob and no good and DDR is easier to play if ur a noob.
I have a big brain, do you??? Im a C student at the acadamy of stupidity.

The reason that i have a GAPM as my avatar iz that that's my logo for my new website im designing, called Game And Play World. I kinda used the Jet Grind Radio kind of font. PS Im only 12!

        Re: In the groove

I like playing 7-9 level songs primarily and I tend to enjoy DDR more in that respect. ITG's 7-8 block stepcharts seem really uninspired and boring, while the 9's tend to be borderline 10s more than anything (except for a few of the really easy ones).

Also, I like some of DDR's more interesting stepcharts like TL100sec, Rain of Sorrow, i feel.., Xenon, and L'amour.

Challenge wise, DDR's 10 footers suck. ITG's 10+ footers are actually made pretty well. Difficulty has nothing to do with it, ITG just has better-designed 10+ charts. Clockwork Genesis is a prime example.

          Re: In the groove

In my opinion, ITG2 OWNS any DDR's out of the sky.
          My Reasons:
          1. Songs are harder and more of a challenge. DDR Songs are too easy in comparison to ITG
          2. THe guy on DDR that commentates and says things like " Let's DDR " and " Select Difficulty " and " This mode is challenging " and " OH YOU'RE Doing Marvelous" is very annoying. ITG took that out and now I don't have to listen to that annoying voice that tells me if im messing up or whatever.
          3. ITG has better trance music which I prefer over vocal music which DDR has tons of.
          4. ITG has more edits you can put per song. For instance, can you do C450 or WaVe mode on DDR? I think not.
          5. ITG has that cool machine record stuff.
          6. ITG has Delirium and DDR doesnt
          7. THeres an ITG machine near me and no DDR machine.
          8. ITG has more use of hands ( which can be good or bad at times )

Disagree? Feel free to comment and flame me!!

            Re: In the groove

well, I like the music in ITG ten times more than the music in DDR, but Im a noob, therefore I like the difficulty of ddr more.

ps: but I did go from 4s to pasing max 300 on heavy in two months, all thanks to the ITG machine at the local arcade.

              Re: In the groove

Even though I play DDR over ITG, I voted ITG, here's why:

ITG just pushes you to the limits.
              ITG has better tecno
              Mods,Mods,MODS
When I kill Max, I want some more mayham, and it's in ITG

Face it, DDR is the bomb but the songs it has are getting really old, really fast.
