                                            No, it's not. And some people have it because Izzy uploaded it to BMS a while ago. it's still raer because very few people downloaded it.

                                            actually i'd advise against playing it UNLESS you're not a simfile author
                                            it is so great that if a person that makes simfiles plays it he will copy the style and all sense of originality (or what's left of it) will be gone.
