So, what's the story behind that flashback post ?

Sorry, in advance doing my catchup w/ recent posts so my responses might be all over the place but I'm doing what I can in what time I have!!

The story is simple:
Last game, I start match off by saying I'll be back later tonight cause of work (exactly what I did here cause start time for me will almost always interfere w/ me the first phase). I returned to the game a bit later than I mentioned, and during that time, Sunfan hits a theory that:
I did not return to the game when I said I would because I rolled wolf, and my sudden appearance into the game thread was because my "partner" pinged me in wolfcord about what I said.
They lynched me d0. I rolled town.

Key operating word here is "could", I could do a lot of things, say a lot of things, but I only think you feel off about it because you want to feel that way about it as I highly doubt you could consider this performative when I'm just explaining why I've said what I've said.

Did you ask yourself why I would hold onto saying that longer than when I did? Seems a bit silly.

My "meta" w/ raeko is pretty developed as she's one of the few people I regularly find myself playing with, pointing it out as I did I feel helps her and I both out w/ moving forward.

Once you bring up the tell, it affects how she will behave towards you in this game and in future games.

That's fine, I don't see how the behavioral shift could negatively impact me as I have observed behavior and eventually we'll have new behavior and the two probably don't look the same, so all in all it's a bridge that gets crossed later and I doubt it impacts this game. Her actual wolf tell would have already happened (like it did in the last game!) fmpov. I'm sorry if the explanation is poor, it's quite hard to articulate my thoughts on our developed meta and experience with each other and how that translates to reads between us.

You're not wrong, this probably resolves naturally, or I could've just mentioned it in post-game. In fact, I'm pretty certain I have mentioned this exact thing in previous games because this has been a recurring dynamic between her and I since my debut.

I very much disagree that you think this would be coming from a wolf PoV or any alignment really as I'm pretty sure meta discussion is as NAI as it gets, and it makes me feel you lose credibility moving forward.

Ok, I am going to operate from the assumption that it is true regardless of your alignment that the tell would have already happened and that there was a misunderstanding with that. The premise of my vote on you was with the opposite impression, but I'm going to see if I can sort you while you're here.

Personally, raeko is fairly neutral for me for now. Are there specific things she has posted that you like, or is it more of a general impression that she has not done anything iffy?

I think that meta CAN be NAI but it is utterly baffling to me that you think I should think it always be NAI or I "lose credibility"? It is much like anything else that can be included in a post, it depends what reason you are bringing up the meta and what the impact of it is. Is this a rhetorical thing for you or do you actually, genuinely write off all meta arguments as NAI?

huh?? Am I missing something? AFAIK the only direct interaction I've had with Ben was at the beginning of the game talking about floats... where did I town read him?? And you want to see my flip because of this phantom interaction????

What I meant was that at the time I made that post it was still so early it was hard to really suss anybody, so while I did suss Haku very mildly it was based off flimsy early D0 reasoning and not a very serious suss

Before I answer the rest of this I'm gonna jump to the last bit here and answer the question directly, but then stop commenting on it because I feel like you and I could get into a lengthy discussion about that and it'll spiral us both out of the game (whether it be mentally or actually). I don't write all off but the majority I will, and specifically, if you dig through someone else's described meta I think you'll obtain poisonous fruit in doing so rather than simply giving you a different perspective as it should do. And what I mean by poisonous fruit is you're going to essentially breadcrumb yourself to death or you'll wind up being lost and out of track using information that doesn't necessarily apply itself to you.

As for the question about Raeko, what caused me to even blurt this meta out was the lack of seeing the typical w!Raeko interactions early on, namely being one where she exclusively singles me out in some way d0. I do understand that this is a dynamic situation and at any point it can change in an instant, and bearing that in mind, given even more time since then and now, she's still failing the "meta checks" I'd have. Now if you're asking me for more developed reads, I'd have to iso her and point out what I see from there because there's nothing immediately grabbing me from her passing posts.
