that's exactly why i've made a movie list for me and my friends, i was never a big fan of movies. honestly, all of this is because i got tired of people referencing things around me while i'm awkwardly laughing to their jokes without getting it.. don't worry though, i'll be a cinephile by the end of this summer!

In all fairness I'm in the same boot

I was like 29 or 30 when I finally saw Star Wars, still haven't seen Lord of the Rings.

I grew up on free channels and VHSes we taped off TB whenever cable had a special deal on owned and video games. When I watched movies it was with people who would watch things like Stalag 17 or Roman Holiday (both are great, but chances are no one here knows them)

What movies have you seen and liked? Which movies are on the list to watch?

it's definitely weird to start off the game with a random vote. like Charu said, there isn't that much information to go with from the very first day. although, it has been quite some time since MixMasterLar has voted for E-B-E and we haven't heard a response from E-B-E yet.

so far i've seen and loved: The Truman Show, Pulp Fiction, Superbad,
Monty Python and the Holy Grail, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, Everything Everywhere All at Once, Fight Club and Gone Girl.

of course, there were some movie nights that were slightly unpleasant to watch (not risking naming titles)

i'm planning to watch a lot of films actually, popular including: Whiplash, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Breakfast Club, The Godfather (parts I-III), The Wolf of Wall Street, Whisper of the Heart

...and now adding Princess Bride.

Groundhog Day - EXTREMELY predictable ending.
White Chicks - Humor did not really appeal to me.
Up - Cried in the beginning, fell asleep on the ending.
Mr. Popper's Penguins - I literally do not remember anything from this film after watching it.
The Devil Wears Prada - Zzz.
The Super Mario Bros. Movie - Must've grown up cause this movie was nottt so good....
