Imagine you're reborn in an isekai world and the God of that world tells you that if you don't find a girlfriend, you will not survive in 48 hours.

Do you:

A) Panic and try to find someone regardless of how small the chance.
or
B) Panic and freak out thinking this will never work and only yolo to try when there's 30 min left.

We've been doing B) a little too much on FFR and not enough A).
I'm trying to fix that. I do understand it requires effort and often doesn't pay off, but at same time, there's this light at the end of the tunnel that's like "hey I'm really vibing with this person, it's like they truly where we're going" and boom you got a solid town read because you understand the narrative better and can make a better call suddenly.

I'm trying to become that tunnel so y'all can become the light. Nothing changed.

We both know this and it's just the reality of this community.

Also "vibing with someone" does not also mean that they are town. There always exists a possibility that they're bullshitting and that chance possibility shouldn't be ignored.

Popping now to say:
- I will be available for EoDs, but only a handful of hours. Work will have me home between 5 and 7 PM server time, and more often than not, it's the latter.

- I will not be checking the game while at work. Not enough time to do so, and focus needs to be on getting my stuff done before I can have the fun.

- If anyone decides to sus me for activity despite these, I will assume you did not read this post, ergo didn't read any other post this game, and thus, bad.

You could quote T-Force here and praise him for clearing things out or vote him while freaking out because it feels like a convenient excuse to dodge activity for later on etc. etc. (which is a moot point ofc)

The post itself is obviously not alignment indicative, but there's a small chance the response could be. We just can't progress if we don't know more.

So, as long as everyone post with the goal of "knowing more" the game will slowly naturally solve itself either by identifying mistakes or by process of elimination when you finally have a group that thinks alike and 1 group that's trying to act the same. My good games usually happen not because I found wolves(I don't most of the time), but because I'm forced to vote wolves because there's nothing logical left to vote. That's the scary part if you're wolfing and feel your options vanishing when townies clear each other.

If you find enough "town reads" and vote outside of that pool, your odds of hitting a wolf should be higher even if it's not 100%. It's not going to guarantee a W, but there's value to be gained there.

I'm all ears if you have a better plan. By my logic you could vote me while asking me what my horoscope says and that'd count as a better play than voting yourself because you're forcing me to produce a narrative which would help you understand me better assuming that's what you need the most atm.
