I actually don't, so this is false. Fuck stupid people, fuck irrelevant people, and fuck certain people on this website.

Also, if it's got "offensive language" such a the N bomb or what have you, I have no complaint with adding a tag for it - but removal is a hard (pun intended) no.

But if you listened to Dishwasher and thought it was misogynistic, you missed the joke. When people complain about the shit that doesn't matter, it makes it really hard to see the actual cases and take them seriously.

A toggle to show the songs that are a little on the offensive side, like legacy that is toggled off at first might be a good way to do it. Idk where to decide which songs should be on that list though like where to draw the line.

exclusive genre, opt-in, opt-out, warning etc are all decent ideas but i wouldn't go down the removal route

I felt almost gross playing through "Hate" Castle (no longer in-game coincidentally) like wtf was that lol

Not sure about completely removing some songs from the game, maybe a trigger warning could be added on a case-by-case basis but idk I'm not the best voice on this because I don't get triggered by things

Was removed because of permissions, not content.

Our site is 13+ which does mean vulgar language and such is technically acceptable (think of pg13 rated movies). I'm not anti labelling explicit content but I'd ask if anyone has a list because I don't have the time currently to go through all 3000+ songs and most do not contain explicit lyrics. Whether they can code something in for them to be toggled is something out of my scope, but I can add an explicit tag at the very least for the time being.

Content warnings are definitely ideal here I think, through an opt-in genre similar to how people need to enable the Legacy genre to play them. A notification telling players about what themes to expect before checking the box for the explicit genre should suffice. Removal is excessive and I think it's overall better to display them, as hi19 said, as a monument to tasteless artwork. Editing audio is definitely not allowed given FFR's permissions.

the fact that people take this seriously and not as a joke/parody song makes me worried for the future of our people

I get it can be jarring though if you're not expecting it so I agree with a warning for explicit content or something like that

There are way worse songs in FFR content wise that use much "nicer" language
