I hadn't done anything with the spreadsheet after round end so if they were on there they signed up prior. Regardless, it's my decision to make.

That being said, I allowed people to slide who were within the hour of round end for the first round because I know we have a lot of new people and people who are kicking off the dust but I will not be so lenient this round. If you're not in by deadline it doesn't count.

Anyone who tried signing up this morning I apologize but it's just a bit too late. But keep your eyes out for more tournaments to come!

If you're talking about the "Stepmania is my fate" guy, his initial "in" post is on page 12. He just got confused about the timezone thing and didn't know how to post the score on the forums. I was helping him in MP chat.
