    I couldn't even finish Clannad: After Story. I waited like 15 episodes for it to get good and it just never did. Also forced myself through Clannad first as well

            Backpack are you me??? I was about to suggest Utena and CCS but I didn't because of the action thing. But CCS has some of the nicest/purest slice of life moments ever so if you can get past the action it's got a lot of what you're looking for, Drizz

                You might have watched them but Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun and Ore Monogatari are the only things that come to my mind.

                        Is it Wrong to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? (I'm not joking... that's the name), Bakemonogatari, Rosario to Vampire, Inuyasha (lots of action but the romance scenes are brilliantly done), Chobits, Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou, Shinmai Maou no Testament, Ouran Koukou Host Club, Skip Beat!, Princess Tutu, Eureka Seven, Working!!!, Cross Game, Gosick

                                            I feel like I should not have liked it at all, and I normally tell myself I don't, but Spice and Wolf was an actual legit good suggestion for this.

                                            InuYasha, however, is not.

                                            Also the Love Hina anime is pretty bad IMHO

                                                    It IS a little silly. I felt like the comedy grossly outweighed the romance.

                                                    I just finished Toradora recently and highly recommend it for people who want a very well done Rom-Com anime.

                                                        See I didn't even think it was a funny comedy

                                                        The manga got legitimate funny at times although it was always this weird, almost surreal thing to read that the romance tag it wears doesn't seem to fit.

                                                        The anime made me cringe more often then not
