I don't think there's a whole lot of logic involved, it's a toneread. I think it's more we have different perceptions of raeko's tone when scum vs town

Wasn't clear to me, it seemed like he was just like "oh nice" without any response to charus hot read

Which is something I saw in sunfan wolfing with me in Hydra, it felt like there were multiple instances of him taking information and basically discarding it after nodding his head, something I think town sunfan wouldn't have done

but he already said "fair enough" to your insta point
