One Survivor is randomly declared as lynchproof (cannot be voted for lynch) at the start of every day. Whoever is lynchproof can give their lynchproof status to someone else until the last 24 hours of the day phase. This mechanic will be removed once 9 players are eliminated.

I thought about this mechanic, and it worries me. Does "declared as" mean a Survivor gets cleared every day publicly?

That's like a free green peek every day with no risk or dependency on a role and essentially forces the wolves to kill the cleared players. Feels like it'd be super hard to win this as a wolf if this is how it works and makes it so you wouldn't WANT to be declared lynchproof.

I think it'd be an okay mechanic as long as wolves can get it too.

I read it as any role could get this status, it's just mimicking the "power ups" from Survivor.

So assuming Random.org isn't kind to us a scum could get this. At least, I hope so or else you're right it's super broken

Basically Survivor here means player, not green. I can see why it's confusing though.

Three Survivors will get a random role for a day at it's start in a PM, and will consisting of any of the following:

This worried me a lot in the voting phase, but the way it's worded in the role description itself made me think that "declared" just meant that one survivor would be lynchproof every day and would be informed via pm. Looking at it again, I don't think I was right in that assessment so yes, broken af.

MML, wolves can't be included because it only lists it under the survivor role pmband doesn't mention it in the wolf one.

This isn't actually as bad as you think, because survivors have no incentive to out their role to clear their name. Remember that you lose if you die as a survivor, so outing your role/clearing yourself will just make you lose by nightkill instead of by lynch.
