I build a single biased opinion and build off it based on the perspectives of my peers, in this case, I presented one side of the fence, and when faced with the second side I acknowledged it.
it's not contradiction it's learning. progressively building a mental model of who, how and what in light of new information.

Swearing at yourself intentionally doesn't imply you have to be mad or even care all that much in the first place. Everything else you said derails from that assumption, and the link with fun would be wrong if it was true anyway.

As Mike said, it's just a method of fighting nerves.
"haha look at this shitlord ruining a good run again at easy cheetos yet again", or something. It works and I'm actually laughing internally when I do this.

it's pseudo-psychological warfare, if I make my self a stupid target and bother teh competition, they might actually make an effort to get a good score

man, i literally can't catch a break

on my actual desktop, Edge runs with flawless frame-rate but lag spikes cause input desynchronization as shown in those replay screenshots - Chrome has unbearable lag, and Firefox is unusable; FP 9-22 all useless for some reason

my laptop doesn't do much better with Chrome on its own

took to getting another partition on my laptop with Ubuntu for the sole purpose of playing FFR this tournament - it runs with perfect framerate, literally 0 spikes of lag, but I'm just getting random goods on matter what song I do

i'm getting closer to just wanting to drop out at this point

EDIT: ok so it's seeming like chart sync is literally drifting on Ubuntu, just played Follow You and it was perfectly on sync for the first 1/3, but was significantly later after the chorus

like i don't get it, i'm actually wanting to play and try in this shit and it's like the game is just telling me to go fuck off

Finally got a run where I didn't run into technical issues. 2-0-0-3 should be good enough to keep me safe, but I'll be AAA hunting anyway.

How significant is significantly? Follow You does drift slightly, but shouldn't be more than a frame tops at 1.0x.

I've luckily not had too many issues with flash ever, which is surprising considering my hardware is pretty atrocious and I'm pretty surprised it doesn't just die.

I want to get out one more T-Shirt before the campaign ends in 2 hours so...

Being that tomorrow is a holiday for those of us residing in the US, play the song July and obtain either 4 goods, 4 averages, 4 misses or 4 boos.
