Still gonna at least skim through their posts just because. No harm in doing so.

Re: TWG CXLII - A Storm of Hard and Boiled [Game Thread]

also i did outline in the big post that the odds of the hider hiding behind the wrong person (i did the odds wrong though so rip me)

if there's a vigi, there's 4 people to hide behind that kill him. if mafia and vigi target different people, that's 6 people that are deadly to the hider, out of 11, not 12 because you wouldn't count themself

a.k.a. hider is really not smart to have hidden unless they thought they were going to be targetted

now that i think about it

seeing as though red blaster wasn't killed in the night by the wolves gives me great confidence that he is a wolf

What are all of the possibilities here?

Sunfan/round hid behind one another in some form.
sunfan/round hid behind a wolf, the other was the kill.
sunfan/round was a target, the other was vigi'd

Don't think there are any other possible outcomes here.

So what are the chances we have a player who'd pick vigi over tracker?
Looking at most of the roster I can't say I think anyone would actually go the vigi route.
It's also worth noting that there's a possibility that the tracker/vigi is dead already.

there's more outcomes, because hider also dies if they hide behind a targetted person, and also die if they hide behind the vigi.

the vigi over tracker is nice because it's a full vigi, in a game where there's no cardflips. tracker results become very much up in the air and moot.

nice try, if you bothered to read my first post, i outlined reasoning for all of this

plop, curious as to how much faith you're putting in the fact that the potential vigi shot on roundbox was indeed a wolf roundbox dying

Re: TWG CXLII - A Storm of Hard and Boiled [Game Thread]

it's weird to see both plop and red blaster thinking like this actually but i'm tempted to say the similarities between some of the things that they're saying is more of a coincidence, and town indicative

but both of them are thinking very individualisticly - the wolf team is a team of 3 people, and it's weird to think of plop/red as wolves when they're analyzing the wolf team as single individuals making decisions like "wow that was a charu kill" or "if i was a wolf, i wouldn't do xyz". Like, i do understand that the wolves will contribute to the reasoning of the night kill, but idk this stands out as green to me

it's a very tempting thing because the reasoning feels right, however it's so small of a thing lol

                ---------

i don't believe for a second that sunfan as the hider would have hidden tonight.
I'm not so sure of my faith in roundbox (sorry brah) but i'm like 60/40 about the hider still being alive, and i do think that the hider softs should keep happening that sunfan planned out earlier. While it does give wolves information, it could potentially give us more info
although i'll still have to keep thinking about this i'll come back to it

Considering night talk was off, what are the thoughts on the clown lynch?
I keep going over their last blasé post about how they didn't care and idk it really doesn't ring out as human to me. Obviously I'm not going to make an assumption here, but I think the connections he made would be worthwhile looking into.

dabackpack mindmelded me with clownpiece's final post, basically, it's echoing exactly what happened in his other game. I think i've said it like 6 times by now, but i don't think clownpiece was a hit at all.

                    so tokzic

                      YoshL's here!!

Also, I feel really shitty that I didn't notice that cardflips weren't on, so my reasoning falls the fuck apart basically

I think clownpiece was a bad lynch honestly, I don't think that a wolf not in danger would actively dismiss discussion about himself

got a few pages left tho

yeah dabackpack suspicions are real, but for a reason!

but if i say the reason, then dabackpack has no chance of redeeming himself
