Honestly I would hate to be a terrible team in today's NHL. You have to build your talent before playing them right away. I mean, Edmonton shouldn't have to get 4 first overall picks in 6 years to get better. What Edmonton should do is let these guys develop more instead of playing them right away. I mean, not to show any bias, but look at what teams like Detroit have done the past 20 years.
They got Nyquist and Tatar among so many others, and didn't play them right away. They let them develop in the AHL for a few years so that they would have enough experience playing North American hockey. Edmonton has been unable to do anything lately because they don't spend enough time developing their players.

Holy crap, if you're not watching this Ducks-Jets game, you're missing out. Back and forth and back and forth and back and forth. Plus they hit 124 db for the first Jets goal which even drowned out the goal horn! These fans have been starved for sure.
