I have absolutely no idea how to add songs to stepmania, or change it from the shitty setup i have. Can anyone dumb it down for me so i can set up SM?

weird thread to post this in

you downloading individual songs or packs?

if you're downloading single songs go to your stepmania installation directory, find the songs folder, then make a new folder in that called singles. drop all your files into that folder

if you're downloading packs just drop the whole pack folder in your songs directory and youre good to go

Thanks man. I really surprised myself with these too. I've always been bad at high bpm stuff, and wasn't even able to come close to AAing most of those songs until yesterday so I'm super ecstatic. Hopefully this will be my foray into bigger, better achievements .

I never thought I would AA Heyyeyaaeyaa, everything is ok, Disregard, Death Reveals, Magical 8 bit OR Red Sign, and all of those came within the last 2 days .
